摘要: • Forty-six patients were examined in a prospective, randomized clinical study to compare the use of same size trephine on both donor and recipient with 0.5-mm larger aphakic keratoplasty combined lens extraction. The results showed no statistically significant difference refractive error, either spherical equivalents or astigmatism. tissue may have some value reducing high plus-refractive error intraocular pressure after surgery.
