摘要: • Using a mathematical formula for the effect of keratoplasty on iridocorneal angle, nomograms have been constructed that show what size donor tissue is necessary to avoid induced elevated intraocular pressure after aphakic keratoplasty. Avoiding ischemic changes in disc and retina from pressures seen may substantially improve visual results.
