摘要: Ablation of the periventricular tissue surrounding anteroventral portion third cerebral ventricle (AV3V-X) abolishes natriuresis and diuresis during volume expansion. Although deficits in several efferent mechanisms have been identified, effects AV3V-X on afferent input to reflex not investigated. Therefore, these experiments measured right atrial pressure (RAP) conscious control-operated (CONT) rats before, during, following acute (60 s) or continuous min) infusion isotonic saline, vascular expansion with whole blood (15 min). Changes RAP were significantly smaller than CONT animals saline whole-blood Treatment hexamethonium abolished difference infusion. However, there was no significant between groups These data suggest that reduces from cardiopulmonary stretch receptors expansion, which may contribute diminished observed animals.
