摘要: Abstract Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is an aggressive and incurable mature B neoplasm. The current treatments are based on chemotherapeutics new class of drugs (e.g. Ibrutinib ® ), which in most cases ends with tumor resistance relapse. Therefore, further development novel therapeutic modalities needed. Exosomes natural extracellular vesicles, play important role intercellular communication. specificity exosome uptake by different target cells remains unknown. In this study, we observed that MCL exosomes taken up rapidly preferentially cells. Only a minor fraction was internalized into T-cell leukemia bone marrow stroma lines, when these were co-cultured Moreover, patients' both healthy B-lymphocytes no apparent internalization to T lymphocytes NK Exosome not inhibited specific siRNA against caveolin1 clathrin but found be mediated cholesterol-dependent pathway. These findings demonstrate ultimately might used for intervention malignancies.
