摘要: Abstract This paper describes the results of first five generations selection for high and low rates avoidance conditioning in Wistar albino rat. The number conditioned responses made a shuttle-☐ during daily sessions 50 trials each, with light as stimulus shock unconditioned stimulus, steadily increased over four line selected rate conditioning. Downward progress was also marked strain conditioning, but wider fluctuations. Differences due to sex animals system breeding (inbreeding versus outbreeding) were initially observed Low Avoidance strain. differences disappeared later, effect inbreeding could not be investigated beyond third generation because inbred became extinct. While no post-natal maternal detected cross-fostering experiment, suggestive evidence prenatal obtained by reciprocally crossing strains.
