摘要: In this review the derivation of Syracuse (SHA/Bru and SLA/Bru) strains hooded rats that were selectively bred for differences in active two-way shuttle-box avoidance learning is described, together with a summary behavioral, hormonal, anatomical, physiological, pharmacological characteristics covary realized phenotypes. A selective genetic analysis also which indicates all five assessed covariates cosegregate phenotypes are, therefore, closely linked to high- low-avoidance genotypes, suggests relatively few genes underlie The phenotype seems best characterized terms high levels state/trait anxiety, whereas reverse true high-avoidance phenotype. Anomalous endocrine data seem not be consistent behavioral interpretation remain resolved. However, it clear having selected difference learning, do involve fundamental neurobiological substrates associative or instrumental learning. Rather, factors affective domain (state and/or trait anxiety) influence performance, rather than per se, appear have been genetically.
