Biotechnological methods of in vitro propagation in willows (Salix spp.)

摘要: Many populations of high-mountainous relic dioecious willows in Central Europe only consist female individuals and are thus limited their reproductive potential. We completed micropropagation experiments with shoot apexes nodal segments common endangered willow (Salix) species, which can help to reintroduce autochthonous genotypes natural sites. Until recently, cultivation green young S. alba lapponum showed the highest percentage regeneration. successfully applied two-times-sterilisation due high contamination explants. The OK medium was most efficient culture medium. In vitro propagation unisexual catkins, anther ovule cultures were tested optimised. Isolated anthers cultivated on selected media then microcallus calluses caprea viminalis formed A Among various optimised for culture, CP one. this case, microcalluses observed. developed biotechnological procedures that be useful conserving fragmented willows.
