摘要: The study was focused on changes of anatomical and histochemical parameters buds 4-year-old Norway spruce (Picea abies L. Karst) trees subjected to simulated acid rain (SAR). Solutions pH 2.9 3.9 were applied by spraying shoot and/or watering for two years. No macroscopic or needles observed in connection with SAR application the only induced change 2-week earlier onset bud break all treated variants compared control. Two-year treatment caused decrease number leaf primordia increase living scales dormant while these remained unchanged control buds. Treatments solution flatness apical meristem during vegetative season. Increased activity non-specific esterase occurred dormancy enhanced accumulation phenolic compounds detected at beginning growth. Changes tissues mainly shoots can thus be qualified as primary damage.
