摘要: AbstractIn the present study, life cycle energy consumption, efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of Jatropha-based biodiesel was analysed by analysis method using GREET (Greenhouse Gases, Regulated Emissions, Energy Use in Transportation) model. This study quantitatively explicates saving GHG Jatropha-derived biodiesel. The functional unit defined as 1 mile distance driven vehicle fuel blend about 20%. results indicated that Jatropha production its usage India have positive environmental performance at current technical levels. Well-to-pump found to be 75%. As compared with gasoline fuel, use 20% blended leads reduction emission 22.3% brings 9%. Further improvement technology would reduce increase markedly.
