摘要: This work investigates the influence of compression ratio on performance and emissions a diesel engine using biodiesel (10, 20, 30, 50 %) blended-diesel fuel. Test was carried out four different ratios (17.5, 17.7, 17.9 18.1). The experiments were designed statistical tool known as design based response surface methodology. resultant models methodology helpful to predict parameters such brake specific fuel consumption, thermal efficiency, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon nitrogen oxides. results showed that best for efficiency consumption observed at increased ratio. For all test fuels, an increase in leads decrease monoxide while oxide increase. Optimization performed desirability approach better lower emission. A 17.9, 10 % blend 3.81 kW power could be considered optimum engine.
