摘要: Background: Doctors especially house officers are under a great deal of stress related to variety occupational stressors. Occupational stressors contribute organizational inefficiency, high staff turnover, absenteeism due sickness, decreased quality, and quantity practice, increased costs health care, job satisfaction. One the outcomes that affected by is performance. The purpose present study was investigate effect on Methods: universe District Abbottabad complete population targeted which were at time 55. data obtained through questionnaire analyzed using statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Spearman’s correlation multiple regression. Results: analysis showed strong support for hypothesis there an inverse relationship between performance indicating in officers, resulting low Conclusion: Correct management should start from improved good intrapersonal relationships. prevention workplace requires level interventions, because it organization creates stress.
