摘要: Background: Doctors especially house officers are under a great deal of stress related to variety occupational stressors. Occupational stressors contribute organizational inefficiency, high staff turnover, absenteeism due sickness, decreased quality, and quantity practice, increased costs health care, job satisfaction.
