摘要: Abstract The CD spectra of a number rigid aromatic compounds containing an asymmetric center adjacent to the ring are reported. From known absolute configuration it has been possible devise quadrant rule which predicts molecules possessing ring. tested with representative members indole, Amaryllidaceae, morphine, and isoquinoline type alkaloids configuration.
