摘要: The goal of this review was to compare and contrast the results implications from several recent transcriptomic studies that analyzed expression long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in breast cancer. How many lncRNAs are dysregulated cancer? Do contribute cancer etiology? Are viable biomarkers Transcriptomic profiling tissues, mostly Cancer Genome Atlas, identified thousands expressed alone can divide patients into molecular subtypes.
