One the major functions lncRNAs is regulation specific gene expression at multiple steps including, recruitment basal transcription machinery, post-transcriptional modifications epigenetics [ ]. Emerging evidence suggests also play a critical role in maintaining tissue homeostasis during physiological pathological conditions, lipid homeostasis, as well epithelial smooth muscle cell topic has been elegantly reviewed 2 – 5 While aberrant implicated several disease there paucity information about their contribution to etiology diseases 6 Several studies have compared under normal cancerous conditions found differential lncRNAs, suggesting thereby an involvement processes 7 8 Furthermore, ability influence epigenetic changes underlies pathogenesis since known many human thus not only involved homeostatic functioning but vital progression diseases, underscoring potential novel therapeutic targets for alleviation variety conditions.
