摘要: Tiling array and novel sequencing technologies have made available the transcription profile of entire human genome. However, extent function genetic elements that occur outside protein-coding genes, particularly those involved in disease, are still a matter debate. In this review, we focus on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) cancer. We define lncRNAs present cancer-oriented list lncRNAs, some tools (for example, public databases) classify or scan genome spans interest to find whether known reside there, describe functions possible mechanisms underlie lncRNA expression changes cancer, as well current potential future applications research treatment
