摘要: Intensive studies about non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) in past decade show that ncRNAs are involved many biological processes including development, differentiation and metabolism. classified into small long (lncRNAs). Small siRNAs, piRNAs miRNAs play roles transcriptional gene silencing. Although the definition is crude, lncRNAs defined as transcribed RNA molecules longer than 200 nucleotides (1,2). After first recognition of lncRNA having a function mouse by Okazaki et al ., there have been increasing numbers articles regarding chromatin modification, regulation post-transcriptional regulation, human diseases (2-4). However much still unknown functions cancer.
