摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) were important genes involved in a variety of biological functions. They are aberrantly expressed many types diseases. In this study, we described LncRNAs profiles 4 pairs human brain arteriovenous malformation(AVM) and the corresponding fragment superior temporal arteries(STA) or small scalp arteries (controlled arteries, CA) try to find that correlated with AVM clinical symptoms. 4 tissues STA artery fragments (depended on operative approach) patients who admitted Beijing TianTan hospital collected. Then LncRNA mRNA expression profiling analysis was performed by Arraystar-LncRNA array. From data, found 1931 upregulated (>2 folds) 1852 downregulated ( 2 1699 (<2 21,780 mRNAs could be detected. (ENST00000423394, ENST00000444114, TCONS_00013855, ENST00000452148) evaluated qPCR 14 nidus control. This compared (ENST00000423394) epilepsy (R = 0.34, P = .02, 95% confidence interval 0.08–0.85) We development may correspond downregulation NADPH reductase, lipoprotein lipase Optic atrophy related proteins. It also upregulation Fcγreceptor. The reductase correlate seizures patients.
