摘要: This study aims to investigate users’ knowledge-sharing intention and collective stickiness towards social network sites SNS. SNS offer an opportunity for users interact form relationships, while knowledge is accrued by integrating information, experience, practice. However, there have been few systematic studies that question why people use share knowledge. We adopt capital theory, identity as well gratification explore the determinants of members’ in using The survey was conducted on two education virtual communities VCs Facebook, which most members were teachers educators. Data analysis executed validate our research model, SmartPLS used analyse intention. results show impact teachers’ intention, which, turn, influences Our findings can not only help researchers interpret their VCs, but assist practitioners developing better strategies well.
