摘要: The possibility of dicadmium stannate thin film production using a vacuum evaporation technique has been investigated. Thin films produced by this method have characterized X-ray diffractometry (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), electron and analytical scanning microscopy (SEM).
