摘要: Bacterial communities in gastrointestinal tracts (GIT) play an important role animal health and performance. Despite its importance, little information is available on the establishment of microbial populations goat GIT or changes occurring during early development. Therefore, this study investigated bacterial community dynamics rumen, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum, colon 15 goats at five developmental stages (0, 14, 28, 42, 56 days old) by using 16S rDNA sequencing quantitative real-time PCR technology. 940 genera were found to belong 44 phyla distributed along GIT. As a whole, richness diversity showed clear increasing trend as kids aged alpha differed significantly among compartments mainly middle day ages (14 28 days). Principal coordinate analysis indicated that displayed distinct temporal spatial specificity preweaning goats. aged, phylum Firmicutes was replaced Bacteroidetes whereas Proteobacteria large intestine displaced Firmicutes. The present small older animals. In taxa, such Bacillus Lactococcus decreased Prevotella, Treponema, Ruminococcus, unclassified Prevotellaceae increased with age kids. Furthermore, lower proportion Lactobacillus Bacteroides observed higher abundances both Christensenellaceae_R_7 Ruminococcus duodenum jejunum intestine, microbiota taxonomic increases Ruminococcaceae UCG 005, Lachnospiraceae, Barnesiella, Blautia aged. Predicted pathway suggested genes involved amino acid metabolism, translation abundant rumen while membrane transport carbohydrate metabolism enriched intestine. These results indicate colonization process potential function exert temporal-spatial throughout This provides new insight into development will aid develop strategies for improving downstream production.
