摘要: The technique of the double sucrose gap was used to perform voltage clamp experiments on small segments isolated auricular trabeculae frog heart. dependence and kinetics delayed rectification current were analyzed. total outward could be dissociated into two components: one component is defined as leakage (Il) shows inward rectification; a second (IK). activation ofIKcan described by Hodgkin Huxley type kinetical model. rate constants are found smaller factor about 103 than those in giant axon squid.
