摘要: Raman scattering of B 2 O 3 has been performed from room temperature to 1273 K study structural changes as the glass transforms into melt via supercooled regime. It is found that a model containing threefold six-member planar boroxol rings and chains BO triangles can explain experimental spectra. From behavior internal vibrations triangles, we conclude these molecular units do not change significantly increases whereas connectivity strongly affected
