摘要: A recently published systematic review on 3D multi-segment foot models has illustrated the lack of repeatability studies providing evidence for appropriate clinical decision making. The aim current study was to assess model developed by Leardini et al. [10]. Foot kinematics six healthy adults were analyzed through a repeated-measures design including two therapists with different levels experience and four test sessions. For majority parameters moderate or good observed within-day between-day trend towards consistently higher within- variability junior compared senior clinician. mean inter-session relative rotations ranged between 0.9-4.2° 1.6-5.0° respectively clinician whereas absolute angles this increased 2.0-6.2° 2.6-7.8°. Mean inter-therapist standard deviations 2.2° 6.5° 2.8° 7.6° rotations. ratio inter-trial errors 1.8 5.5 2.4 9.7 Absolute angle representation planar found be more difficult. Observations from indicate that an adequate normative database can installed in gait laboratories, however, it should stressed is important laboratories therefore encouraged put effort training their clinicians.
