摘要: Abstract Background Functional interpretation of plantar pressure measurements is commonly done through the use ratios and indices which are preceded by strategic combination a subsampling method selection physical quantities. However, errors may arise throughout determination these temporal indices/ratio calculations (T-IRC) have not been quantified. The purpose current study was therefore to estimate reliability T-IRC following semi-automatic total mapping (SATM). Methods Using repeated-measures design, two experienced therapists performed three sessions on left right pedobarographic footprints ten healthy participants. Following subsampling, six were calculated: Rearfoot-Forefoot_fti, Rearfoot-Midfoot_fti, Forefoot medial/lateral_fti, First ray_fti, Metatarsal 1-Metatarsal 5_fti, Foot medial-lateral_fti. Findings Patterns found be consistent in good agreement with corresponding knowledge from literature. inter-session both similar pattern magnitude. lowest peak inter-therapist error ray_fti (6.5 a.u.) whereas highest observed medial/lateral_fti (27.0 a.u.) magnitude varied over time, precluding calculation simple numerical value for error. difference between parameters all negligible underscores repeatability SATM protocol. Conclusion reports patterns proposed protocol serve as basis functional footprint data.
