摘要: A pilot study was conducted to screen levels of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in needles coniferous trees leaves, as markers environmental pollution. Samples were collected between 1992 1995. Pine (17 samples) from three sites the Adriatic area (south face mountain Velebit, Križisce island Krk) inland (Zagreb, Medvednica Ogulin). PCBs, DDD, DDE, HCB, alpha-HCH gamma-HCH detected all samples their concentrations ranged 0.02 22.0 ng/g dry weight. The frequency p,p'-DDT, o,p'-DDT beta-HCH slightly lower up 3.2. Concentrations seem vary according sampling year. Fifteen fir, spruce, larch, thuja, lime Ogulin; OCPs PCBs within range pine needles, but distribution pattern depended on species. Judging ratios DDE/DDT alpha-HCH/gamma-HCH it seems that no input DDT occurred during or recently before sampling, while (lindane) released into environment.
