摘要: Background Triatoma sordida, a vector of Trypanosoma cruzi, is native Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, and Uruguay, occurs primarily in peridomiciles. Currently, it the species most frequently captured by Chagas Disease Control Program Brazil. For this reason, population genetic studies attract great interest, as they can provide further information about dispersal household invasion processes species. In absence suitable markers, objective study was to test cross amplification microsatellite primers.
