摘要: Studies of the dependence optical and microwave Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) effect on magnetic field have been carried out to determine transport energetic parameters in semiconductors systems such InSb, GaAs/Al/sub x/Ga/sub 1-x/As observation this reflectivity transmission probing radiation.
