摘要: The heterogeneity of glycopeptides prepared from pronase digests various glycoproteins has previously been demonstrated primarily by lengthy paper chromatography oligosaccharides released the enzymatic or chemical means. We describe use high voltage electrophoresis in borate for resolution seven ovalbumin and human immunoglobulin G. This technique used preparation glycopeptide substrates required study certain glycosyltransferases glycosidases.
