摘要: Abstract The involvement of plastids in phenolic metabolism has been studied Petunia after an isolation method pure and physiologically intact chloroplasts adapted. Feeding experiments with [14C] phenylalanine demonstrated these isolated organelles: the synthesis cinnamate benzoate derivatives which, exception first term each serie, are o-hydroxylated (o-coumaric acid, coumarin salicylic gentisic acids); lack formation labelled p-hydroxylated flavanoids. results agreement characterization, specific enzymes (PAL, cinnamate-2-hydroxylase) absence cinnamate-4-hydroxylase. All data suggest that derivatives, esters flavonoids often characterized may involve a cooperation between different organelles.
