摘要: Present study is related to the synthesis of cadmium selenate nanowires via template-assisted electrodeposition approach and their characterization before after lithium (Li3+) ion beam irradiation. Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis diffraction confirmed with monoclinic structure. Electrical properties were examined current–voltage (I–V) source meter using two-probe method. The electrical conductivity augmentation was perceptible for semiconducting increase in fluence. band gap pristine found be 1.96 eV, while red shift observed optical irradiated it approaches value 1.31 eV at last In XRD spectra, no evidence phase change or shifting ‘2θ’ position evolution any new peak. However, variation peak intensities noticed that could result movement plane orientation. This revealed defects induced by irradiation potential gradient fluence plays a major role alteration nanowires.
