摘要: The authors performed a retrospective study to determine the incidences and range of spontaneous lesions in bone marrow (sternum femur) control mice rats. Data was collected from 2186 (Crl:CD-1(ICR)BR), 2347 rats (Han Wistar CD(SD) rats) dose groups 104-week carcinogenicity studies carried out between 2005 2014. incidence higher than rats, both species non-neoplastic were more common neoplastic lesions. In mice, most increased cellularity, pigmented macrophages, decreased malignant lymphoma, granulocytic leukemia histiocytic sarcoma. There occasional sex site differences vs femur marrow) few mice. cellularity stromal fibrosis, lesion lymphoma. no predilection apparent, there significant To best knowledge authors, are recent reports on pathological findings rodents, we believe that these results will facilitate interpretation background and/or their studies.
