摘要: This chapter deals with the haemopoietic and lymphatic systems. Drug-induced haematological reactions in man include pure red cell aplasia, hypochromic, sideroblastic, megaloblastic haemolytic anaemias, methaemoglobinaemia, thrombocytopenia other bleeding disorders as well leukaemia lymphoma. Aplastic anaemia is a pancytopenia completely failed haematopoiesis an empty bone marrow whereas, agranulocytosis only involves granulocyte production. The importance of system preclinical safety evaluation widely recognized by routine inclusion standard tests toxicity studies. Moreover, like clinical chemistry, study practical for it allows sequential monitoring cellular systems studies new drug forms useful point comparison between findings laboratory animals man. In addition, human leukocytes are easily accessible comparative metabolism accumulation. Finally, effects drugs chemicals on lymphoid may be manifested morphological alterations spleen. central periarteriolar sheath (PALS) T-cell-dependent area that labelled various anti-T-cell antibodies.
