摘要: Abstract In a study of the optimization culture conditions for intracellular accumulation S -adenosyl- l -methionine (AdoMet) by Saccharomyces sake Kyokai No. 6, medium containing 10% sucrose, 1.8% urea, 1% yeast extract and 0.75–1.5% as main components was found to be suitable production. Addition CaCl 2 , biotin glycylglycine increased AdoMet. Under optimal in 10-liter fermenter, produced 10.8 g L −1 AdoMet (260 mg per dry cells). order increase recovery yield purity AdoMet, new efficient isolation procedure involving freezing thawing cells extraction chromatographies on Amberlite IRA-45, XAD-2 IRC-50 developed.
