摘要: Im Leistungssport hat sich eine primare Versorgung der vorderen Kreuzband- (VKB-)Ruptur und ihrer Begleitverletzungen durchgesetzt. Es erfolgte selektive Literaturrecherche zum Vergleich mit eigenen Erfahrungen. Die operative sollte nach spatestens 48 h erfolgen. Der wesentliche Vorteil fur den Athleten ist Zeitgewinn die damit fruhere Ruckkehr zu Training Wettkampfsport. fruhzeitige Mitversorgung -behandlung von lassen hier sogar bessere Heilungstendenz vermuten. Fur Operateur stellt Primarversorgung jedoch grosere Herausforderung im zur Operation Intervall dar.
