摘要: Abstract This paper presents the results of a study on degree bacteriological pollution sandboxes situated in fenced and unfenced housing estates located an urban area Olsztyn, Poland. Heterotrophic plate counts (HPC22, HPC37), Enterobacteriaceae , Escherichia coli Enterococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp. Clostridium perfringens determined by cultivation fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) methods were used as indicators sanitary state. Their maximum number sand samples reached values up to 5.4×10 7 2.6×10 6 3.3×10 4 2.1×10 3 1.8×10 1.9×10 1 1.2×10  CFU/g, respectively. It was found that culture-independent method two–four orders greater than those obtained method. Among identified Pantoea Enterobacter cloacae most numerous, whereas cells detected only occasionally. Pathogenic bacteria genus Salmonella sp. isolated from also when E. absent. Bacteria irrespective site time sampling. Additionally, presence molds yeasts studied. Maximum these microorganisms amounted 1.0×10 5 3.5×10  CFU/g. Aspergillus Penicillium Alternaria Trichoderma genera numerous among molds, Trichosporon frequently yeasts. Sandboxes estate which is not close trees less polluted collected estate. Potentially pathogenic analyzed sandboxes, Toxocara seems assessing contamination children's play areas basing fecal monitoring parasites' eggs may be insufficient evaluate microbial fully reflect their safety for children.
