摘要: Three aspects of transendothelial exchange in the lungs are considered: stretching interendothelial junctions pulmonary microvessels by increase capillary pressures; selective bronchial venules response to histamine, bradykinin and endotoxin; active transport peptides across body endothelial cell after enzymic action at or near luminal surface cell. Stretching between cells lining capillaries was demonstrated using a variety macromolecular tracers under controlled haemodynamic conditions. Selective leakage venules, systemic lungs, shown colloidal carbon as tracer. Transendothelial involved use electron microscopic autoradiography intravenous administration radioactively-labelled lipoproteins. Different mechanisms appear provide routes entry into perivascular interstitial spaces lungs.
