摘要: About 30% of drugs on the worldwide market are natural products or derived from products. A similar ratio accounts for clinical candidates currently under development. Though recombinant proteins and peptides account an increasing volume, superiority low-molecular mass compounds in human diseases therapy remains undisputed mainly due to more favorable compliance bioavailability properties.
