摘要: Patients with diabetes mellitus have an increased cardiovascular risk due to the abnormality of hemostatic system components. Therefore, hemostasis is important concept when considering that diabetics are under potential bleeding complications during surgical operation. The aim our study was examine efficiency a fabricated nano/microbilayer dressing for control in diabetic patients. For this purpose, we prepared has porous sublayer, including chitosan (CTS), bacterial cellulose (BC) as basement and active agents coagulation cascade, such vitamin K (Vit K), protamine sulfate (PS), kaolin (Kao) filler upper layer consisting silk fibroin (SF) or SF/phosphatidylcholine (PC) blend achieve complete rats. Coagulative performances dressings were examined by determination time, blood loss, mortality rate through rat femoral artery injury model. percent absorption found be 247 ± 5% gauze opposed 2214 ± 56% SF-coated PS/BC/CTS. Vit K-reinforced within 138 s BC/CTS 144 s showed rapid time. In vivo studies demonstrated agent-reinforced dressing, especially PS/BC/CTS significant plug formation. This suggests high positive charge porosity give these reinforced ability rapidly swell promote accumulation red cells platelets electrostatic interactions. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
