摘要: Angiogenesis refers to the growth of new capillaries from a pre-existing capillary bed which can occur during normal physiological and pathological conditions by sprouting non-sprouting processes, are activated different stimuli. Various studies have demonstrated that exercise increases expression several factors for both angiogenesis, including vascular endothelial factor other cytokines in skeletal cardiac muscle, associated with an increase number heart muscle. Exercise is known stimulate release pro- anti-angiogenic proteins transcription it appears hypoxia and/or ischemia play major role expansion has also been suggested mechanical forces, such as shear stress or muscle overload, exercise-induced angiogenesis. More importantly, in-depth understanding influence angiogenesis may contribute development potential therapeutic strategies treatment diseases hypertension ischemic disease.
