摘要: 559 college students, assessed for Need Cognition, judged whether height, weight, and body fat were correlated using judgment probes that controlled framing conditional format. A principal components analysis of Cognition scores identified two factors underlying the scale, which may be important in outcome. In addition, judgments about correlations among similar to those previous studies. Furthermore, hypothesis would related tendency judge a negative correlation between height fat, i.e., possible illusory correlation, was confirmed.
