摘要: The Lupus Ratio (LR) test for lupus anticoagulants integrates screening, mixing with normal plasma and confirmation procedures into one assay. sensitivity reproducibility of the APTT based version this assay was tested in an interlaboratory study that part Fifth International Survey Anticoagulants (ISLA-5). One LA negative containing heparin, six positive plasmas a pooled (NP) were distributed to 31 laboratories world-wide together two reagents, high low phospholipid concentration. performed APTTs, each reagent, on 1:1 mixtures NP. ratio between clotting times divided by corresponding This final is LR plasma. overall found be 95.1%, normal, heparin-containing sample reported all laboratories. When results grouped low, medium plasmas, "consensus" regarding strength easily found. 85.0% agreement consensus. shows test, it possible obtain presence or absence as well semi-quantification inhibitor.
