摘要: Identification of the epileptogenic zone is paramount importance in refractory epilepsy as success surgical treatment depends on complete resection zone. Imaging plays an important role locating and defining anatomic abnormalities patients with medically epilepsy. The aim this article to present overview current MRI sequences used imaging special emphasis lesion seen our practices. Optimisation protocols are addressed trends functional including MR spectroscopy, diffusion tensor fusion PET SPECT discussed.
