摘要: A large amount of hazardous trichloromonofluoromethane (CFC-11) is contained in the polyurethane (PUR) foam refrigerator cabinet. How to recover cabinet waste with environmental awareness has been pressing problem treatment refrigerator. The published literature cabinets recovering mainly focuses on policy making and conceptual design. Little information relates production line its detailed operation, which urgent needed literature. In this paper, an friendly for refrigerators was reported helping enterprise or government construct obsolete refrigerators. It included closed shearing process, activated carbon fiber absorption (ACFA) air current separation, magnetic/eddy separation. optimized operating parameters every process were obtained from experiments. Then, experiment 50 by performed factory. Mass balances recovered materials carried out. result shown recovery rate could reach 97.6%. Finally, comparison between other technologies made. results indicated that proposed provided environment-friendly while achieving low cost production.
