摘要: Abstract Information Systems (IS) and the platforms they provide can be conceived of as a stimulus which engenders customers’ reactions. In this respect, banks could benefit from keen understanding consumers’ individual needs in context their personality traits efforts to optimize use IS for service development management. accordance with this, present study adopted Trait Hierarchical Model (THM) Optimum Stimulation Level Theory (OSLT), explore (1) influence (OSL), broad trait that determines individuals’ need stimulation on Mobile Banking Discontinuous Usage Intentions (MBDUI), (2) mediating effects stable IT-specific – Microcomputer Playfulness (MCP) Personal Innovativeness System (PIIT) OSL MBDUI relations (3) interaction Perceived Ease Use (PEOU) direct indirect relation. The findings supported most hypothesized paths, buttressing theoretical underpinnings THM well OSLT, empirically extending framework. further outlines practical measures m-banking management directions future studies.
