摘要: In a disclosed embodiment, “voice noise power” is added to an aggregate voice power which the total used by all users in cell. The transmitted addition order maintain of and at pre-determined limit. one limit can be increased or decreased further improve control over consumption during data transmission. Further, consumed transmission desired level, after burst, between bursts, inserting amount artificial into gaps bursts level.
