摘要: A method and system is disclosed for dynamic reverse activity bit (RAB) offset adjustment based on RF conditions. base station controller (BSC) or radio node (RNC) similar network device will determine a rate of decrease aggregate reverse-link noise measured at sector, from the BSC further an amount time needed sector to detect cross below threshold level.
