摘要: Abstract The recent outbreaks of African swine fever (ASF) in China and Europe have threatened the industry globally. To control transmission virus (ASFV), we developed ASFVdb, database, an online data visualization analysis platform for comparative genomics proteomics. On basis known ASFV genes, ASFVdb reannotates genomes every strain annotates 4833 possible ORFs. Moreover, performs a thorough population genetics all published strains functional structural predictions genes. For each gene, visitors can obtain not only basic information gene but also distribution strains, conserved or high mutation regions, subcellular location topology gene. In genome browser, provides sliding window results, which facilitate evolutional analyses at genomic level. web interface is constructed based on SWAV 1.0. freely accessible http://asfvdb.popgenetics.net.
