摘要: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumours are rare masses that account for a very small percentage of primary lung neoplasms. They generally considered as benign but can exhibit malignant characteristics. When identified, the mainstay their treatment is complete surgical resection. We present case report large pulmonary tumour required extensive resection to achieve clearance.
