摘要: Cases of recurrent inflammatory pseudotumor have only rarely been reported. The treatment for is surgery. Patients not eligible surgery require different treatment, and the optimal type controversial. A 54-year-old woman was noted to an abnormal shadow in right middle lung field on chest X-ray. Computed tomography revealed infiltrative lesion segment 4 a nodule 8. She underwent lobectomy partial resection Histopathology non-atypical lymphocytes plasma cells infiltrates, leading diagnosis lymphoplasmacytic pseudotumor. During postoperative follow-up, computed nodular left 3 2. Left segmentectomy 2 wedge were performed. histopathological findings similar those first surgical specimen, Surgical cases reported very rarely. We believe that best when patients are eligible.
