摘要: Reye's syndrome was a rare disease which appeared suddenly in the early 1950s and disappeared just as late 1980s. An association between ingestion of aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) claimed, although no proof causation ever established. The presence salicylates blood or urine patients has not been demonstrated, animal model developed where causes disease. It is clear from epidemiological data that incidence decreasing well before warning labels were placed on products. countries used children continued to use children. probably either viral mutation spontaneously disappeared, conglomeration metabolic disorders had recognized described at time.
